This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi in rooms, laundry, and a 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped me with currency tips. I highly recommend this for a romantic escape, and I'm definitely coming back!

The location is absolutely perfect, directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station and just steps away from shops and dining options. The room was cozy and bright, with a lovely view from the large windows. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom and powerful shower.

The economy double room felt a bit cramped but was thoughtfully designed. Loved the shower—clean and has good pressure! The bathroom layout was a little awkward with the glass wall, but overall it was clean and had great amenities. Perfect for a quick overnight, especially with how close it is to the train station.

The location beside the train station is unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient for travel to various cities. The massage chair in the room provided a perfect way to unwind after long days of sightseeing. However, the compactness of the room can feel restrictive, and the only English TV channel available was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast lacked diversity, primarily offering standard options without much local flair.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Drawbacks
I enjoyed a relaxing time in my economy double room. The rain shower provided a refreshing experience after a long day, and the blissful massage chair helped ease my tired muscles. Be prepared for noise if staying near the lobby, and check in early to drop off luggage.

It was just a perfect match for an overnight stay in Osaka with very good value for money. The friendly staff were super helpful when I was trying to figure out the toilet flush location, which was tricky to find. Make sure to check the room type to fit your needs, as space is tight.

The hotel is smartly arranged and has a great modern aesthetic, with USB charging ports and a powerful rain shower. The room is compact but has all necessities. While the lighting could be brighter, the location near the shinkansen is unbeatable for travel. Friendly staff make for a pleasant stay.

Free wi-fi in rooms. Unfortunately, the room size felt cramped for our family.

great location but small rooms
The hotel is connected to Shin-Osaka station, making travel easy and convenient. I enjoyed the modern design of the room and particularly loved the bathroom with its glass wall overlooking the city. It offered a stunning view while soaking in the bath, which was a unique experience. There are plenty of dining options and shops within the station, so we rarely had to venture outside.

My wife says that the room was quite tight for our family. It would be great if they could offer bigger rooms for families with children.
